I am a new residential home builder with 12 years of experience. Many of the trades in which im able to perform are Drywall hanging taping and texture. Finish carpentry such as trim, doors, base window sils closets etc. Interior and exterior painting, tile flooring/ backsplash and showers. Some experience in siding and cornice. Experience with heavy machinery such as skid steers and mini excavator. This includes foundation select fill pad work. Minimal experience with framing mostly small Interior remodel framing such as wall framing and minor rough carpentry repairs.

Ended up getting repairs made more quickly than anticipated. I couldn't be more pleased. Although I wasn't here during the repairs, I was kept up to date via email, so there were no surprises. He pointed out that it needed to be closed of to prevent insulation falling and air conditioning escaping. This was a great help. His proposal was equivalent in price to several others I had received, however, he was the only one to ask to see the issue first hand. He was very professional and easy to talk with. We discussed price and availability which worked well as he was able to do the repairs the next day. He provided the materials and paint to fix the hole in the ceiling from an accidental step through from the attic. Unless you know where the hole was, you would not be able to tell anything different about the ceiling. I plan to use him for my future projects refinishing cabinets, paint the interior of the house and more."
