I had never used someone to clean my house, but because of my knee being in pain it was hard to do everything at the speed that I was able to do so I really needed help. Etasia helped me through it. They sent out a young lady named Donta and she was sooo good! She did an excellent job! She was very polite and very kind. She did an amazing job!!! "They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.
