They were great. Jason was very thorough in his inspection. Probably spent about 3 hours or so and made sure to highlight many decencies within the structure and cosmetics of the home. We had the report within 24 hours and the next day our project manager was able to begin addressing the concerns before our fast approaching closing date. I will definitely recommend and use Lone Star Inspections again.

AMAZING. Worth every dollar

Everything was outstanding! I would recommend this company to homeowners if they want a very thorough inspection. He revealed the condition of our home, identified areas for improvement, so that our home would maintain its value and we could repair or improve upon items before they become serious. The inspector was almost 1 hour late. The only advice is to call if you are running late. I can understand the inspector being caught in traffic, as 1604 had an accident, but I would have appreciated a courtesy call, instead of my having to call and ask if he was coming or needed to reschedule. This is a minor issue, as their customer service is top notch! He is extremely qualified, very respectful of us and our property, and kind to boot! You will not be disappointed!
