Jason and Colin arrived on time for a for a phase 2 pre-wall inspection. It was a for new build and were very thorough. Found problems with the AC early on and issues with the studs along with many things to keep an eye on.

They pointed out many flaws in a new constructed home. Because of them all the flaws are going to be corrected before closing. They are very through and detailed.

Jason Rosacky arrived on site early, and was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The deficiencies he found about the property and pointed out in his report (which escaped the untrained eye) was very helpful in my negotiations, and ultimately resulted in a $25,000 reduction in the purchase price.

Fantastic company to use! They were able to squeeze me in the next day, and did an extremely thorough inspection. I was able to get the report in less than an hour so it could be used on a blue tape walk through. I will use them again when the need arises, and refer everyone I know to them in the future. Jason and his team are extremely reliable and extremely honest. Thankfully to his team and what they found, it kept us from purchasing a BRAND NEW house that had more issues than I ever thought possible on a new home.
