Excellent customer service and explained in detail the areas of the home being inspected. Flexible, easy to schedule.

Prompt response time and was very easy to work around my schedule. Setting appointments was easy and Gerald (Jerry) the inspector was punctual, friendly, and explained everything as he went. He was thorough throughout the entire home and outside. The owner was fair and didn’t charge me extra to have to come out a second time to check the water heater as it was initially unplugged by the previous owner and we had to wait to find out why it had been unplugged. For full home inspection and termite inspection my total came out to $450. A tad bit high for me personally but they did do a great job so I feel the price is justified.
