I hired Jason for my new build home final inspection. He was super professional, the whole process was smooth and knew his work top to bottom. The report generated was easy to access and the set up process was easy. The work performed was done efficiently. He also provided resources on how to maintain and improve my new home. He also was available after the inspection for any questions I had.

I am from out of state and was nervous about just hiring a company I wasn't familiar with but the reviews this company has on their website are very true and accurate. Jason is super thorough and walked me through all of the concerns he had and showed me why he recommended what he did. Very professional and courteous.

Jason got out to our place the next day and he was very thorough with his inspection. He showed us everything that was wrong and explained it to us. He was also very professional and courteous. Will be using his services again for pest control in the future!

Bryan arrived on time and told us how long it would take. he was very detailed about the things he inspected. he reported minuet details ( missing grout in the tile flooring) to really big stuff like improperly supported back porch. He let have a very detailed look at the property I was buying.

Additionally, he is readily available via email and phone with any questions or clarifications needed and no question is too small. Jason also walked us through how, why, and what to expect on his inspection report. Not only did we enjoy working with Jason but Franzi was amazing as well. She was easy to reach, super sweet, and answered any questions ahead of time that we had. Not only did Jason exceed our expectations but we highly recommend him to anyone needing a thorough and detailed inspection.

The entire process with Lone Star Inspections was extremely easy and painless. I called for a quote and spoke with the office manager Franzi Stanford who was extremely polite and professional. I received a military discount and had an appointment scheduled for the following day. The inspector who came out was Gerald Inloes. He was on time and very professional. The inspection lasted a few hours and I had my inspection report the same day. The snapshot report was very user friendly and put all of the important issues right up front. The full PDF report was EXTREMELY detailed and had verifiable pictures for each finding. I was extremely happy with the report and with the company and Insperctor. I would definitely refer them to anyone and for sure will use them again with any further property purchases in the San Antonio area.
