"During a second opinià ³n repair job the technicians Left the attic light on 3/25/24. Then technician Scheduled an appointment on 3/27/24 at 2pm to replace a broken part during the maintenance cleaning never show up or call. I called on Wednesday & Thursday left messages! No returned call. Finally Kevin Shop up on Friday afternoon to replace the part. I'm not happy with the second opinion of the work, because it was made of excuses of a bad job done on 2022 New installation Unit A/C"

"Finally found my go-to central AC & Heat company. Fast, friendly service. Very knowledgeable, pinpointed and fixed the problem quickly. I hate those companies that send out more of a salesman than a repairman. He pointed out problem areas so that I would be aware for the future but did not try to sell me anything.
