Replacement parts did not quite fit the original setup. He stuck with it and rerouted the pipes to make it fit. Did a great job and cleaned up well.

Immediate response. Exceptional Service. Wonderful and respectful. Found several issues and fixed those same day. Called back b/c we were still losing water and a leak specialists was sent. Thorough job. Repairs completed and cost was less than expected. Answered many questions and were very patient.

Ontime, courteous, went above & beyond

They came out the same day and replaced my in-ground pool light. Later that evening, I noticed one of the GFCI circuits on my back patio wasn't powered. Called and left a message for Mike. He called me back first thing the next morning (on a Saturday!) and came out later that morning to diagnose the problem and fix it. Turned out to be fairly minor - one of the wires in the junction box wasn't secured under the wire nut. With a big pool party planned later that night, I really appreciated him coming out quickly to fix this issue. Great customer service!
