Still stare at the workers shoe prints in the bottom of my pool every day. Had patio done also, still see where they left a bottle cap in the concrete and tried to fix it. Pool was leaking around leaf traps because they didn;t seal it.

Mike installed two Jandy watercolors pool lights for us and we love them! He even spent extra time to get the colors in the pool and spa synchronized, which was difficult to do given the age of our pool equipment. We will definitely use Artistry Pools when we get ready to do a whole remodel.

Artistry Pool Solutions performs weekly cleaning and maintenance on my in-ground pool and also completes repairs, as needed. I tried several pool maintenance companies prior to Artistry and Artistry far exceeds the others in professionalism, knowledge, reliability, response time and pricing. Mike has gone above and beyond to make sure that my pool repair needs are taken care of immediately and the techs that clean my pool every week provide me with preventative maintenance options and leave report cards re: when they were there and what services they performed. Did not completely throuble shot the issues. Replaced circuit card, pool is running, but heater is not. And one touch controller is intermittent.

"We did complete the troubleshooting that we were hired to do. We were hired to see why his computer controller would no longer work so he could operate his pool pump. We found that the computer PCB board failed during a recent storm so we presented a couple of options for the repair. The customer decided not to invest in any new options and chose a used computer board to save money. His One Touch controller and the used computer board we installed had no issues when we re-tested. We were not asked to troubleshoot the heater because the customer was very reluctant to put any money into an older, discontinued heater. I agreed and advised looking into a new heater when he was ready. We take customer service and communication very seriously and try to give our customers all the options so they can make the best decisions, so we apologize for any misunderstandings that might have occurred."

Djevat was very professional and meticulous about the work to be done. Weather was a factor on this mastic replacement job and timing of the installation was critical. When the forecast allowed, he was on it the following morning. Great experience!

Although my situation wasn't quite an emergency, Mike fit me into his busy schedule. Carlos had already assessed the situation and determined that my existing 30-year old pool pump couldn't be repaired. They arrived the next day at the appointed time and set to work replacing the pump and motor, and reworking some of the PVC piping to accommodate my set-up. Their work was professional, thorough, and neat. They both are nice people with a good work ethic. They will have my business in the future when the need arises.

Did a complete remodel of our inground pool, they were great to work with, kept me very informed of the project. They did a wonderful job and came back weeks later to fix a minor issue unrelated to the work they did, didnt even charge me for it. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
