He paid attention to every detail and went out of his way to make sure things were done correctly. I have 4 large windows on the 2nd floor which have storms on them. Because they were on the second floor it has been impossible for us to get up there to clean, yet alone remove. Frankie removed the storms and cleaned them. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for absolutely crystal clear windows. I have already booked him for my next cleaning. It is really hard to find people who actually care about what they do. He also power washed my house and driveway. Again perfectly cleaned. Frankie treats your home as if it was his own.. "Hero Window Cleaner did my outside windows on my two story home. The job was done ok with Adam as the manager. After the crew left, we discovered they had taken all the window screens off and put them on the side of the house. My husband is in his eighties and cannot put them back on!! Some are so high only a professional could do them!!! We have called the company 4times. My husband spoke to the manager, but no one has come to the rescue!!! Very disappointed!!! PLEASE HELP US!!!!"
