Paradise Spas

IF I could give Paradise Spas a 0 Star Rating for Customer Service I would. We purchase a swim Spa from them in Feb 2016. It was promised for delivery in 90 days but was not delivered until 10/16. From the first install we have had problems that has required they return to fix our cover support system, heater, pump, mother boards. During their initial repair in 12/2018 they charged us $463.46 for a Warranty repair. We were told by the manufacturer that it was covered by their warranty and Paradise did not send it in for reimbursement. Master Spas says they can do nothing about the money we paid and after multiple attempts to get a refund and phone promises that they would look into it we elected to decline the charge with Chase. We thought the matter was resolved only to find that Paradise Spa then refused the charge-back, and we were once again charged by Chase the $463.46, Master Charge has not returned our calls or the calls of Master Spas Corporate as to why were charged for warranty work. Since the original purchase, they have returned three times for additional repairs. The repairs failed to fix the problem and the tub continues to not heat properly. Paradise Spas will not return calls and when they do they schedule appointment weeks out and then the technician failed to show three times. Various excuses were used including no show, don't have the parts (took two months to get), No one to work the location and other delays. Do not buy from these people. They do not deliver on time and their customer service takes weeks to get an answer from. When you do get an answer they often fail to show and THEN charge you for warranty work. Buyer beware of what you are getting into. The manufacturer is doing what they can but Paradise Spas is their agent and their hands seem to be tied.
