Pool and Spa Servicing
I had a lot of trouble with the receptionist Jessica. She mislead me, then gave me wrong information, and then tried to blame me! I called the CS manager, who is based in San Antonio, and he was very apologetic and helpful. He made sure that everything ended up running smoothly. (Basically I sat at an empty house at my appointment time waiting for the guy to show up) The man who actually did the inspection was very knowledgeable (as far as I could tell, I've never owned a pool) and took the time to explain everything to me. If I'd stopped with just the receptionist, I'd never use them again. As it was though, my end experience was good, and I'd use them again.
