Description of Work: replace all screens and frames on one home and six or eight screens only on another home.

Description of Work: Built and installed 13 solar screens. Work was completed ahead of schedule. The staff was very helpful with choosing screening material. Doug was prompt and professional. Screens look great.

Description of Work: No services were performed, not would i consider them again. Arrogant is the word that comes to mind as i think of my experience with them. I called for an estimate to make a large and difficult screen. They came out, never looked at the outside where the screen was to be installed, but told me i would have a bid in two days. Three days later i called and was told he was waiting on a carpenter to give a quote on making a wooden fram to under his aluminum one. I told i did not want the maintenance that a wood under frame would create and asked if he considered just attaching to the brick that already framed the window but that he never saw. He seemed more than upset about a homeowner "telling" him how to do the job, but said he would price it that way. Never heard from him again. Austin Custom Screens did the job, exactly as i had suggested and did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous, informative and timely showed up for the estimate when promised. They gave great advice on the new solar screens that I wanted installed, which saved me money and they didn't have to do that. The screens they made and installed were perfect, look great and have helped keep the inerior cooler during the hot summer months. The made a new screen door for the sliding door and it's great also. I have already recommended them to several friends. I would definetly use them again if necessary. Altogether great experience, excellent product and customer service.

Description of Work: I was referred to Dan White's from another provider that was too booked up to do the work. He came out and measured and installed about eight or nine new screens for me. He custom made these screens for my windows. He also installed a sliding glass door screen as well.
