BLUEBONNET POOLS

Do NOT USE THESE PPL FOR YOUR POOL MAINTENANCE.. THEY ARE LAZY AND RUDE! I pay monthly for them to come out every week and MY POOL STILL GET GREEN STUFF AT THE BOTTOM.. they don’t use enough chemicals. They charge extra to clean the filters. I have to stand out there to make sure they use the Net!! They are extremely rude and I hate that they know where I live!! Very unprofessional. I will have to take legal action!! These ppl are so horrible. I never dealt with a company that is this bad and the job was so never done right I always had to call them back out here ! This is a family owned so they don’t hold anyone accountable for how they talk to customers and how bad they service is!

Bluebonnet can be very good--just not consistently so. The extra expense they caused us was painful.

Everything went very well as stated above.

They came as scheduled. The guy brushed the sides of the pool, but that was about it. The pump needed attention, but he ignored that. We have a specific chlorine dispenser, but the service guy dropped chlorine tablets into the skimmers (but didn't clean out the skimmer baskets). He didn't backwash nor did he check the pump pressure. He broke a knob on the pump and replaced it without mentioning it to us (we were home when he came for that service visit); the replacement showed up on our bill, but we protested to the main office and had it taken off our invoice. All in all, it was a disappointing experience. We had hoped to find a pool service provider who would actually do full service, but this clearly wasn't the right company.

They are very nice and they explained to me that I can purchase the pool chemicals at a local store to save money. If anything needs repaired, they come and repair it. If I have a complaint, they are very responsive.

Excellent, as always. Easy to reach and schedule, prompt, well priced. Repair seems to be effective. Supportive of do-it-yourselfers for pool maintenance.

I have been using their services for about fifteen years. They are very professional and are very fast to respond to any problems you might have. They are very fast with getting back with an estimate of the costs. They provide excellent service and I always know when they are coming and there are never any surprises.
