This went very well, and the vehicle looks great!  It was finished in three hours from the start time, and really is rejuvenated.  Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful.

Late arrival
Had to leave before job complete due to faulty equipment,.
Part of the job was left undone, and the company was
unresponsive in my repeated  requests to come back and finish up
properly. (2 phone calls and one email from me)
I was charged more than $30 over the internet price quote
with no explanation.

Had my 2007 Civic detailed at Austin Detailing a day ago.  Brian and his team did a fabulous job of restoring the interior and exterior of my car after an early winter in Philadelphia followed by a 1,700 mile drive through snow to Austin.



I'm enjoying the attention to even the smallest details that Brian and his team paid to my car.  The car looks as good as it possibly could (given its history of a few minor accidents) and I'm no longer ashamed to drive it to client meetings. I watched as Brian performed much of the work and mentored his newer team members on the how's and why's that he did each step and the products he chose to do them.  I learned a lot listening to him. All of the staff at Austin Detailing were very polite and friendly and had been mentored well regarding how to provide excellent customer service.



I ended up at Brian's shop (extremely well-designed with bright lighting that helps avoid any missed issues) after the top ranked detailer on Angie's List failed to return my phone calls and couldn't be pinned down as to when the work could be performed.  

I can't say enough positive about Brian and Austin Detailing and highly recommend this organization.

Elliot and Austin were on time and worked non stop. My car had about 2 inches of black dog hair every where, when they finished all hair was gone. Printer ink on the back seat, everyone told me it was impossible
to get out, now you can barely see it. They contacted me when they
were about 15 minutes away, which I appreciated. My car looks as good as
it did when I bought it. Elliot and Austin not only waxed it to perfection they
put a seal on the paint that will protect it in this Texas sun for up to
9 months. Excellent service Elliot and Austin were professional and friendly. When I
called I was treated as if I was the most important customer they had. I got a senior
discount which was greatly appreciated. I will never go to a drive through car wash detail service
again. I highly recommend Austin Detailing and Elliot and Austin are the best.

Wow, these guys are fantastic! they worked SO hard to get my car in top shape for a trade-in. During the process, we had a not so pleasant surprise ... at my last detailing at Genie Car Wash, instead of and quot;steam cleaningand quot; the carpet, they dumped a ton of soapy chemicals on the floor, then vacuumed over it to make it look clean. Austin Detailing spent HOURS extracting hundreds of gallons of soap foam from the carpet. It was really a terrible project and they did a GREAT JOB. I would highly recommend them for regular detailing and especially for hardcore specialty detailing. THANKS Austin Detailing! Page of Happiness all the way!

i submitted request for price quote through website and waited for about 4 days. Didn't get reply. i called and left msg and got call back after an hour. i spoke with greg. greg is the one who did the detailing also. he took out some scuffs and scratches for me without me asking for it. removed some wax residue left on black plastic exterior parts left by previous detailer too. none of this was asked for by me. he took the initiative to do it. he forgot to clean the gas compartment though (behind door where you fill up gas).

They showed up on time and were super easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on both vehicles.

The scheduling folks were very flexible and worked us in on the day we sent in our request via the web site. The detail team of two showed up on time and were very courteous. It took them approximately four hours to complete both vehicles. They did a very good job on both the interior and exterior of the cars, and the leather cleaning was very good in particular. They also took extra time to clean out some really dirty spots on the interior of my wife's car (the result of having a 2 year old in it often). We will be using them again!

I was very pleased with the service. After going to their website, we sent in an appointment request. We were contacted within 1 business day and they scheduled to come to our house. They arrived with their own water and supplies. The two gentlemen who worked on our car did a fabulous job. Our car had recently been the place-of-choice for a rat to die, so our car smelled something awful. We removed the rat, but the smell had permeated the car. The guys scrubbed the inside of the car and vacuumed so well that the rat smell was mostly gone. I do believe that they now offer services that specialize in getting rid of dead animal smells (this was not available to us when we ordered service). I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job and I feel I got my money's worth.

I called them this morning and they came by this afternoon. I was so impressed with their thoroughness that I signed up for their monthly service plan. Highly recommended.

Randy returned my initial call promptly and after a discussion, asked me to use his website to place my package request and the date/time I wanted. As the date approached, we hadn't heard back and called Randy again. Evidently, he had been having problems sending e-mail responses to clients plus he said he hadn't received my written request and so he thought I had changed my mind. Although the confusion was a bit of a hassle, he still honored my request. The guys came out within the time frame offered and did a wonderful job. The exterior gleamed and felt so smooth to the touch. The small scratches were barely noticeable and the car was "smiling." The interior was also very well done. They even added a few touches that were not included with my package choice. We were very pleased with the result.

2 guys came out with a truck and tank of water and were completely self-sufficient. They did an incredibly detailed, very thorough job and my paint looks great. Cost is comparable to places you have to drive to and this was so much more convenient! The detailers were very knowledgeable about which wax is best and which paint protectant is best.
