"Quentin was very responsive, he worked us in in less than a day. When he came to the house he first reviewed all the rooms and got straight to work. His price was very reasonable, the estimate for the cleaning and the dry time was 100% accurate. He's a solid and professional businessman and we will use him again!"

"The cleaning of the AC ducts and registers, as well as the treatment for moldy areas was done efficiently and thoroughly. Mr. Boyd did an excellent job in keeping all areas protected from debris, and made sure all was clean after he finished the job. He was on time and kept the schedule. He detailed everything in advance, and offered options to the client. I'm very satisfied with the job, and recommend his business."

Small jobs welcome

"Here’s a shorter version that still keeps the warmth and key details: We recently had our new townhome cleaned by Be Pristine, and they exceeded our expectations! The cleaning was actually gifted to us by our realtor as a move-in gift, and we’re so grateful because it introduced us to a company we’ll definitely be using again. We initially thought the home just needed a quick wipe-down, but the team identified several areas that required more detailed attention and took the time to do the job right. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were outstanding. They also shared helpful tips for maintaining our clean during the move-in process, which we really appreciated. Moving can be stressful, but walking into such a beautifully cleaned home made a huge difference. We highly recommend Be Pristine to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable, and trustworthy cleaning service!"

Emergency services offered

"The crew of 2 showed up on time. They completed cleaning in less than 20 minutes. They offered a bird screen for the vent outlet at the wall of the house for $49 which I thought it was pricey. All in all they did a good job. I wish the price was lower."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should avoid using a pressure washer on any surface or item that could be damaged by the high-pressure spray, as some materials are too delicate to withstand the force.

Key items and surfaces to avoid include:

  • Electrical Components: Never pressure wash electrical systems, as water can cause short-circuits and create a safety hazard. This includes utility meters, breaker boxes, electrical outlets, generators, and HVAC or air conditioner units.

  • Delicate and Fragile Materials: Fragile items can crack, shatter, or be stripped by the pressure. Avoid pressure washing windows, glass, light fixtures, shingled roofs (especially asphalt), and stucco.

  • Painted, Stained, or Sealed Surfaces: Unless your goal is to strip the finish, do not pressure wash painted surfaces, stained wood (like decks), or anything with a protective seal that could be stripped away. Be especially cautious with older surfaces that may contain lead paint.

  • Soft Woods and Certain Decking: Delicate surfaces like softwood, composite decking, and antique or wooden patio furniture can be etched or damaged. If you must wash wood, use a lower-powered pressure washer with a wide-angle nozzle to prevent damage.

  • Living Things: Never use a pressure washer on people, pets, or plants. The force can cause serious injury and will destroy landscaping.

While it is possible to remove snow from your roof without a professional, we don’t recommend it. Accessing your roof can be a dangerous task; pair that with slippery ice and snow that can be heavy to move, and you have a very risky problem on your hands. This dangerous situation becomes more high-risk when there’s a snowstorm or your roof has a steep pitch. To ensure that everyone stays safe, be sure to call a roof snow removal specialist to complete this job with the proper tools and equipment.

If your home doesn't have gutters, you can still hang Christmas lights on the roof using specialized clips. Use roof clips designed to attach to shingles or fascia. For tile roofs or the edges of the rooftop, consider using parrot clips. Adhesive light-hanging clips are also a great option. It's important to avoid using nails or staples, as they can damage your roofing material. For unique or complex installations, it's best to consult a professional Christmas light installer to find the safest and most effective solution for your home.

You should not clean roof shingles if the roof has damage like missing shingles or low spots where water may accumulate. You should focus on repairing the roof before any cleaning process occurs. If you notice roof damage as you’re climbing on the roof to clean it, stop immediately. Call a roofing pro to make repairs. Cleaning a roof that has damage could lead to pooling water or water damage to the roof decking. The roof cleaning process removes mold and mildew, making the roof look better. It is not going to fix physical damage, though.

Inspect for cracks, clean debris regularly, and replace damaged tiles promptly to maintain performance.
