Awesome service. They took extreme care in moving our delicate items. The movers arrived exactly on the time. The packing and loading was done in 3 hours which was very impressive. These guys took greatest care possible while placing items. They were so careful and put everything just the way we wanted. We would highly recommend them.

Great experience. They arrived on time, moved were extremely fast. They did clear up of all our stuff to ensure everything fits. Amazing work. They used cardboard and blankets to carefully wrap our large glass items in order to prevent any broken. Whole team were very experienced and courteous. They finished our move quickly without any problem. The whole team was wonderful, helpful and hardworking, and it was great priced. When we faced some discontinuity with a couple items that were too large for our space, they provided to help in any way they could and gave very helpful advice. Not a single thing was scratched or damaged. When we were trying to find a specific item. They remembered exactly what box they had packed it in, how it was labeled. Very good and excellent service. They are the best movers. We are really thankful.

They measured all entrance, double checking our new apartment before unloading. They were awesome. These movers showing up promptly and getting me moved was easy. They were so fast, productive and courteous people. They packed very well and informed us quickly. They were extremely quick on replying with an estimate and their accessibility. We recommend them to pack my whole house, which they did a good job with and generally attention. They quickly responded to our offer for source, with detailed information. However their communication was wonderful. They were right, they all reached safe and sound. The entire team were friendly and helpful. They did a great job in moving out our material from my location. The whole team was efficient, friendly and punctual, they did exactly what I needed. We recently used these movers for our move, and we had a positive experience. Two of the guys were especially considerate, efficient, and professional whole the day, and we really regarded their hard work. Moving is always a complex process and we understand mischance can happen. But the team worked hard to complete our move successfully. They did an excellent job. They were well-behaved, careful, and professional people. Very efficient and very clean during the moving process. They also helped assembled some of our things which was very helpful. They provided the most complete source, for the whole move and the final cost actually finished being on the lower end of their estimate. Communication was awesome and they showed up on time, the movers were very efficient and professional. we started from 7 to 8 am and were done by around 3am. We were very impressed with how they managed the big truck in my old location. They took great care of all our furniture including our delicate items. We would highly recommended.

They shifted things carefully and efficiently. These guys are the best. They were careful, nice and very hardworking guys. Very professional and attentive throughout move, which included loading the contents of my storage space onto the truck first, and then moving my items in another apartment. They carefully wrapped all container and took great care. Excellent customer service. They were nice and helpful people. This was the only company that gave us a detailed information. Our movers arrived on time, super fast and packed gracefully. They were very friendly and did not leave any scratch. Brilliant guys. Definitely we would highly recommend them.

In setting up the move, they thought exactly what we would need in terms of the number of movers and equipment. These movers were nice, professional, efficient, polite and careful with all. They were great. We had a great experience with them. Very professional and efficient guys. They worked quickly and efficiently to pack up and unpack all our items. They were also helpful and give good help, about going up a few pair of stairs on both ends of the move. We would recommend them.

If you are considering this company for your move just don?t. They do not respect their customers time, show up hours late, have poor communication and will pressure you into paying more than agreed by claiming your exceeded the cubic feet on the estimate. Despite measurements to the contrary. Do not believe the salesmen or the statement on the estimate that if it?s on the inventory then even if it?s outside the cubic feet they won?t charge extra, they absolutely do weather it?s actually outside the cubic feet or if they just claim that. They didn?t put anything they took apart back together and I?m missing pieces to my bed because it wasn?t put back together so I didn?t realize it until they left. Then they claimed the truck was empty but my Father saw the missing pieces on the truck when they first arrived to unload. Oh yea no hand trucks or anything to unload with so that?s probably why they just wanted to pile everything into the garage. How are you a moving company without a hand

We recently used Southern Elite for our move. While the truck arrived about 10 hours later than expected, the team that unloaded our truck demonstrated impressive professionalism, working efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the long day. They clearly take pride in their work, and their dedication to providing full service made a significant difference in the overall experience. Of course, as with any move, a few items were damaged in the process. While this is a common occurrence in the moving industry, it's always a bit disappointing to see. That said, the crew handled the situation well, focusing on getting everything into the right place and maintaining a respectful and hardworking demeanor from start to finish.

Do not hire this company. Its employees, especially Sam Shay and Charlie Fern, are dishonest and employ fraudulent business practices. I signed a contract for a set price. Charlie Fern stated this would be the max cost. When the moving crew arrived, the lead mover stated he could charge me additional fees. Sam Shay noted that the movers would be uniformed, but they were not. The moving crew arrived two hours after the 4-hour window. Sam Shay gave the impression that our goods would be delivered the next day, but in truth. The movers stated our goods would be warehoused, then transferred to another truck, and then it could be four business days before our goods were delivered. We should have been told these things before we made the decision and signed the contract. And these are the reasons we regret contacting this company. "We appreciate all customer feedback as it helps us continuously improve, but we feel it?s important to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review for the sake of transparency. This customer booked their move and, prior to the scheduled pickup, we thoroughly reviewed the items they planned to bring. However, they ultimately packed more boxes than originally anticipated. We communicated the minor cost adjustment due to the added volume?something that was clearly explained and accepted by the customer at that time. The increase was modest and directly related to the additional items. The claim that we attempted to ?charge more at the last minute? is simply inaccurate. No additional adjustments were made on the day of the move. The customer chose to cancel the move on the day of pickup, not due to pricing, but because we could not meet their demand to have their belongings delivered cross-country overnight?something that is logistically and humanly impossible, especially considering this was a direct delivery spanning five states. While we do apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have experienced, it is disheartening to receive a one-star review based on information that doesn?t reflect what actually occurred. We made every effort to contact the customer and work things out in good faith, but unfortunately, those attempts were unsuccessful. We remain committed to honesty, transparency, and quality service for every customer we serve."

Poor communication after accepting their contract. Didn't arrive when scheduled nor any communication of the delay. Quoted a price based on video and pictures of storage. When picking up had to pay extra $900.00. Spoke to several people and still no explanation of returned call. Was afraid of this happening so was very careful of providing all I could for accurate quote. End result was oh well not our problem. I had even ask for extra cushion on pricing just in case and was told I would be good with the quote. Sent final video of storage before move date again to be sure of pricing. I can say that the movers that delivered my things were very nice and tried to fix the things that were damaged when they unloaded.
