"Were supposed to leave the old gutter for use at another residence. Most of the gutter was fine , I planned on eliminating future charges for other gutter work. (They did leave the old gutter but in three pieces and only after I said something when I saw what was happening."

He said the $49.00 could cover the cost of cleaning out my gutters, if I wanted that done. I said ok because I need that done. He said really the $49.00 is usually the cost of an estimate even though it was my understanding that an estimate was free, and that the patch job was on sale for $49.00. I haven't heard from the man, who said his name was Wesley, since then. I am getting a bad feeling that I just got taken for $49.00...it's been over 3 weeks now..."
