We decided to go with them because they could come within the day that I called. They did explain to use why the light switches to the garage and the outdoors didn't work because they were guide to the same ground wires so when they connected the fan and reconnected the ground wires it worked fine. They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. They send 3 electricians over to do 1 person's job but that's because there were 3 of them in the same truck at the time but they charged me for all three. The basic price was good.

Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job. They had a huge job and did it very professionally. They were very kind and courteous and made sure everything was working properly. I will use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone.

Great! Did all the work we requested, and were very professional and friendly. Showed up when they said they would which is HUGE in my opinion! Our house was built in 1930 and has a crazy wiring system along with lath and plaster walls. They did a great job, and cleaned up any mess that was created. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

As always, Kevin and his team arrive on time, remain focused, get the job done and do it all in a professional manner. We've used Kevin's company before for our electrical needs and we'll continue to do so. It's a pleasure to find someone of Kevin's character and professionalism in a world where those two qualities are in short supply.

They set up a time for correction of all the changes recommended, came at the appointed time, and performed all the necessary work in a timely fashion.

Kevin did a great job from start to finish, including scheduling the work and someone to repair the drywall to installation and cleanup. I was very lucky that my house was built with engineered trusses in between the floors instead of floor joists. As a result, Kevin did not have to cut into the ceiling to fish the electric wires. He only had to cut 4 holes in the ceiling for the recessed lights and a 6" by 12" section on my wall to run the wire to a switch. The next day Kevin scheduled someone to come by and repair the drywall. I would use Kevin again.

This is the third time we have used this company and as before the experience was great. From phone call to job completion the staff is very professional, punctual and friendly.

The work was done professionally (including cleanup). Price was surprisingly cheaper than I expected.

The scheduling was prompt, but the two workers scheduled to come up "got sick," and a very young man was sent out. He was very pleasant, but he got lost and was 2 hours late, and I left work early to be there on time. The work was not difficult--install two outdoor fixtures where wiring and brackets were already in place. I can do this myself, but thought a professional could do it much quicker. I also had the young man check two outlets that were not working--he determined the break was under the house and couldn't be done with one person. I thought the bill did not correlate to the actual work done. Two workers would have been far quicker--I feel that I was overcharged.

Did a fine job with the problem at hand but was over priced. A $75/hour fee was quote for two workers and $60/hr for one worker. One worker arrived yet was charged for two.

Very responsive and professional. Kevin returned my call quickly and was able to get someone to my house to determine and repair the problem on the same day I called. He kept me informed as to time the guys would be there so that I wasn't sitting at home waiting forever.

The employees arrived on time and were extremely courteous throughout the day. They explained what they were going to do and then took me through everything they'd done at the end of the day. The price was slightly less than what I'd anticipated and they finshed in exactly the amount of time that had been projected. I got an email the next day with the invoice. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

On initial contact with the provider I told them what I wanted and I was given a estimate of how much the work would cost and in the end the estimate was right on. On the first day of the job the workers were very professional and friendly. They tolerated my over sight of their work with a smile on their face. All my questions were answered with honest professional opinions and skill set. I tend to have an eye for detail with a little OCD mixed in and I will have to say I was very impressed with the quality of work and how they cleaned up after themselves. Other than a few cosmetic things around the new electrical panel that could not be helped the workmanship is spot on. I would and do recommend Living Water Electrical to anyone in the Tri-Cities area. Also as you can tell by the name "Living Water" the business is ran by a Christian man. At no time did they push their ideas or beliefs on my, only answering my questions about the business name, etc... With that said, it was great to have people in my home working that I did not have to be concerned about their language or behavior in my home around my wife and child. So even if you are not a Christian or do not care for faith based business, I would still recommend this provider simply based on the morals and personal standard of conduct I saw from every person who worked in my home.

It was not cheap. I liked them. He called and was there when he said he was going to be there. I have not actually used the outlet yet. It looks nice.

The experience with them was excellent. Everything with them was excellent, the customer service, and the owner who came out.
