Description of Work: Bare minimum of work performed versus high cost; quality was not acceptable, but vendor wanted more money to correct/improve their own work.

Description of Work: We are having the bathroom remodeled and they took out old lines and put in new. Advised us as to what was needed to be done in our house. We will have them in the future

Description of Work: We had a rather peculiar problem in our den. One of our two ceiling fans was not working and several outlets were also not working. I called DES and set up an appointment and an electrician, Brandon Grissom, came out to evaluate on 11/27/2012. He was not only punctual but very knowledgeable and professional. He performed a diagnostic test on the outlets and traced the electricity in the wires which were more difficult due to the fact we live in a log home and the interior is planked wood. The job entailed much more than a simple fix and he returned the next morning with a colleague, Jody Hunt. Both of these gentlemen were extremely qualified, professional and had a wonderful attitude. They had to remove some to the boards from the slanted ceiling and found a charred electrical box. They fed a new wire through the boards and across the vaulted ceiling and installed two boxes. When finished they tested everything again, replaced the boards, and we now have fully functional and SAFE electricity in the den. Brandon and Jody are truly top notch in their field and my husband and I will recommend them to anyone we know needing electrical service.
