I knew that I probably needed a whole new roof on my garage, but was having a hard time finding other roofers to come look at an inexpensive job. Wade came out exactly on schedule and checked it all out. I already had a quote in hand for a new roof, prepared by a friend of the family giving us a discount. Southern Strong's bid came in just a couple hundred over what my friend had quoted, but he quickly agreed to match the quote I had been given. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
