"Carpet installers scratched our hardwood, I saw one of them slide a piece of furniture, and when I mentioned it to to salesman the day the installers finished, he offered a bottle of hardwood cleaner to try and fix it. He also had made a mistake on the estimate and wanted 700 more dollars. We settled yhat matter. Then before the scratch was taken care of he wanted me to pay. Don't buy the we don't want you to pay until you are happy line. I went back after the holidays to complain again about the scratch and Mr. Deaton said sorry too late. It I could give zero stars I would."
