Instead of having an obvious patch-up job we now have a space that looks like a planned design. He and his entire crew were very personable, polite and patient. They did not blink an eye when our little dog escaped and ran right through the entire space. They just said no problem and let us know to clean our dog right away to avoid any burns to his skin.
