AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Nice guys but this really was the most over priced service I’ve ever encountered and I was astounded that it cost that much to do so little. They literally replaced the deadbolt and door knob and made them the same as my own keys and I didn’t even get any keys extra (or that would have cost more). Wow!"
