HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! We placed a special order for standard laminate counters on March 8, 2017. They were supposed to be in within 2-3 weeks. Exactly 2 months after placing the order, they came in - wrong! Since May 9, 2017 we have been trying to place a re-order to get the correct sizes. No order has been placed as of June 23, 2017, no one knows what's going on, communication and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and our house has been under construction an additional 3 months due to Home Depot's lack of organization and poor performance. I cannot emphasize enough how much I would deter anyone from visiting this store for anything. I've witnessed it take them 4 employees to load a single pallet into a customers truck while breaking the pallet and pieces of the fencing that was purchased, they scratched our trailer loading our order of cabinets, they are as rude as can possibly be and take zero accountability. GO TO LOWE'S!!!!!!!

It was a horrific experience! We called over and over trying to schedule the shed building after they were paid in full in April.  90% of our calls had to be left on a voice mail, and not returned.  The local Home Depot also contacted the subcontractors.  From the first day, it was a bad experience.  They sent one older man and his wife to construct the building.   Then he brought another man to help after his wife decided it was too much for her.  We had broken windows and incorrect siding, not enough roofing materials, screws, or nails .  We purchased them out of pocket.  They also sent an unneeded hurricane package that was returned along with other unneeded items.  We have been promised refunds time and again.  In February they said payment would be expedited.  Today, AGAIN, they called to say they were trying to decide who owed us the money!
This building has cost us a great deal in actual costs, time , and inconvenience.  It would have been cheaper and better built to have had an actual contractor build it.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is a large company that does not care about their customers!
