Properly trimmed four large trees, collected dozens of branches, disposed of them through the wood chipper and cleaned up both the front and back yards PLUS the entire roof. Thank you for being so professional. All that in less than 5 hours. AND at a great price!!"

Charleston Stump Stompers and Tree service employs seven professional tree service providers and has an ISA Certified Arborist on location at each job. We are licensed to do business in Mt. Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, City of Charleston, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, Ladson, Hanahan, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands among other areas. We provide tree assessment and ISA Certified letters when required for permitting.

"I don’t typically give all 5 stars reviews, but Charleston Stump Stompers and Tree Service is truly worthy of it. We needed three trees removed (including one 40 foot pine tree) and stump grinded, a bush stump grinded and our front trees pruned. This order was made during the frequent storms we had late in 2018. Your ground needs to be pretty dry in order to prevent damage from the equipment needed to roll into your yard. Communication is very critical to me in regards to a company’s performance (almost as important as quality of service). This company’s communication is excellent as they went above and beyond to keep me informed about possible dates (due to weather), proposing to shift schedules to work with me and always make me feel like Priority #1. Their quality of work was outstanding and my yard looked even better than when they started. The staff is very friendly, local and down to Earth. Highly recommended! I have no problem recommending this company to neighbors asking about my tree work."

Steven and his team showed up on time for the service date, but a storm rolled in while they were working. They left due to lightning, but the front desk , Ellen, called me to let me know they would return to finish later that week. They returned on time too, and finished the job. They even left me 2 bags of potting soil to cover tracks in the shared yard I have with my neighbor after my neighbor requested it. Steven and Ellen were always very professional and courteous, and Ellen was prompt with communication. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. "
