SNK Pool & a Spa Services were great. My spa was leaking and they came right over to fix it. Sylvester was especially helpful. His customer service was superb and he is very knowledgable. I really like the fact how their company is willing to work with you.

I loved the customer service with everyone. The young lady I spoke with answered all of my questions, they were very good with getting back with me and keeping in touch with me to keep me updated on the work they were doing on my outdoor unit. Everyone was just great! wonderful service! will definitely be using them again thank you so much!

The work done so far is great. Unfortunately, I still don't know how this will work yet. But, what I can say now is that they are professionals and honest. And, Yes, I will recommend them to my friends.

The serviceman was prompt, professional and neat. I was very pleased with the job he did and plan on using him again in the future.

Not only did he install a new Haywood Super Pump improperly w/o a "foot" but he also took my 3/8" Craftsman speed ratchet and extension. He did not return my calls for months, then left an old rusty off-brand ratchet for me that does not even turn, then did not return my calls for over a year. I was finally able to "connect" with him via HomeAdvisor today, and he was refusing to admit any responsibility for the work he performed incorrectly.
