As the concrete ages, you’ll start to notice cracks and fading, but proper maintenance and the use of sealers will help lengthen the life of your concrete patio. Also, staying ahead of concrete repairs will prolong the slab—so always be sure to fix concrete cracks as soon as you detect them.
