Andrew of Hill Plumbing arrived and attempted to find the clean out. There was none. He attempted to snake out the drains but there were obstructions. He brought in a video camera on the end of a snake and found the problems. He installed a new clean out and provided some options to permanently repair the problems caused by the 1962 addition and age of the plumbing. Andrew worked harder and knew the answers to every issue better than any plumber I've ever encountered. It may have been more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for and I was very satisfied with the work and experience. By the way, I called three other plumbers before Hill and either got put off for a week or was never answered.

Valuable information when your house is in a storm zone. They accepted a mailed check for payment since I was spending insurance money and needed to keep track of its dispersal."
