The tech that was scheduled to go to the customers house was involved in traffic accident. We called to explain that to the customer and apologized, offering to reschedule. We give a three hour window and advise customers we will call when on our way so that they don't have to sit around and wait. Not knowing how long the call prior will take, we are not able to give an exact time when the customer calls to schedule.Service Provider Response
Our company uses flat rate pricing not hourly. That is the normal charge for a water line repair. We do not charge extra for after hours, weekend or emergency calls. Each customer is shown the price to make the necessary repairs before any work is done. She signed the quote saying she agreed to have us do the work at that price. She could have easily called another company is she was not happy with the price.Ask for details
