LOWE'S

It was excellent and great,

When we got there, there was no one around to help us. We had to wait 10 minutes to get help to begin with. The young lady who finally came was great and very knowledgeable. We purchased a Samsung dishwasher from them and it is scheduled to come out next week.

Lowe's quote was actually the lowest one we got. It felt like we went in and they showed us some windows that seemed affordable, and then, she said, "Well, there will be two people coming to visit. One would come to show us the windows and the second person would come to measure them. Anyway, there was going to be two visits. She said we would probably hear something within a couple of days. And somebody from another store might call, she said. So, another store did call, in fact, and set up an appointment for someone to come and it was, like, two or three days later. So, we said okay. The guy that measured the windows came and called that night with a quote. My husband said, "I don't understand. You told us there would be two people coming out and I have an appointment with someone else for tomorrow." She said, "I don't know about that person, but I have the quote and if you want to come in and sign the contract, that would be great." We wanted to have the other person to come still because he was going to talk to us about which windows and quality and all that kind of stuff. The next day, the other person we were waiting for didn't come to the house and didn't call us to say they weren't coming. So, we never did really see whoever that person was. We had gone to one Lowe's and two other Lowe's were the ones helping us. It just felt very disconnected. We decided that we didn't feel like we had enough information from them, as far as quality. It felt sort of like we weren't -- I don't know. It just was too disconnected. The saleswoman we worked with first was very zealous.

I was ready to stop going there because of the lack of help that they had in there.  There was no one in there to ask questions when you went in there by yourself.  The new manager has really turned the store around.  He is a very pleasant man to deal with and corrects any problem you have.
