SC solar energy provide solar installation for homes and business. Our mission is to make every establishment energy efficient and sustainable. We take pride in quality installation and use quality material for customer satisfaction. We strive to make your utility bill as low as possible so that you can enjoy a good quality of life without having to worry about an extremely high electric bill. We offer a variety of sustainable portfolios that helps to not only reduce your kwh consumption but make it affordable to transition easily into sustainability. Contact our experience executive manager Sara Murphy([email protected]) to learn more.

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. My solar system has never been up and running properly, and SC Solar has done nothing to help. After paying over $65,000 for a system that is now essentially worthless, I feel completely scammed. All the company needed to do was remove and reinstall the panels after I had my roof replaced. Instead, they left exposed wires, creating a major fire hazard. Their negligence has now led to severe roof leaks and damages that total over $100,000 ? and they still won?t come back to fix the mess they created. SC Solar claims to pride themselves on their work, but in reality, they are fraudulent, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. I?ve been left with nothing but financial stress, safety concerns, and a broken system. Avoid this company at all costs."

Energy Efficiency Auditing questions, answered by experts

Blower door tests are measured in a few different ways, but the most popular are air changes per hour (ACH) and cubic feet of air (CFM) moving through the house per hour. A good ACH score is less than 2ACH, but 1ACH is better. This means the house experiences a total air change within 60 minutes (for 1ACH). For 2ACH, there’s a complete change every 30 minutes, and so on. CFM scores are similar in that a lower score means less air change, and therefore less leakage.

Yes, energy-efficient windows really can make a difference. As long as energy-efficient windows are properly installed and maintained, they can reduce your energy bill and offer significant savings.

Yes, these services often increase home value by preventing moisture-related issues and enhancing the usable space in basements or crawlspaces.

String lights require electricity, but not an excessive amount, especially when compared to other lighting fixtures. LED rope lights, for instance, consume around one watt per foot. Running six or seven light strings simultaneously should only cost you around $10 to $15 each month. You can save even more money by remembering to turn off your lights during daylight hours.

Depending on property size and audit scope, costs range from $200 to $600.
