- Bradley Construction LLCMy husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. We have now lived in the house for several months and are very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that we have contracted with them again, this time to remodel the outside of our house

In just over 7 weeks, Bradley Construction completed the rough in construction of a 2-story 900 sq. ft. addition to my home. Everything from start to finish was a pleasure and there were no contractor driving delays to the project. We had about 10 days where rain affected progress. Every step of the way, I had full communication with the superintendent, Rick, and when I wanted to speak directly with the owner, Terry Bradley, it happened within the hour. Not only was this project completed on time, it was on budget too! There were a couple of additional expenses that were not included in the original scope of work, but otherwise there were absolutely no hidden costs associated with this project
- Bradley Construction LLCChip was the lead on the job and though the temperature reached 105 degrees on more than a few days, he (and the limited help he had) was on site promptly and worked the entire day. Though there were a few hiccups, which caused the job to take longer than expected, Chips' skill and professionalism turned the project into a work of art. "I, of course, have taken all the credit for all of the ooo's and aw's from the neighbors". In spite of cost and time overruns Bradley Construction stood behind their quote and finished the job without any hidden costs.I want to thank Mr.Bradley (Owner), Vaughn Mitchell (Sales) and especially Chip for providing me with a deck I will enjoy for many years

"They arrived 10:00am and stop work at dark. They returned 7:00am to complete the shingling and job site clean-up and left 8:15am. Removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 8 sheets of old OSB roofing. Replaced material with long life shingles. Roofing looks great. Cleaned up all construction debris and left ground like it was before work began. Great job.

He replaced damaged roof decking and did not charge for it, when most roofers want $40 per board or more plus labor. Before I hired Quality Works, I talked to over a half a dozen of their past customers, and all raved about Ken and his company's work. Quality Works offers materials from many suppliers besides GAF and will not steer you to any one of them just to make more money. They take their time to do the job right, and they keep the work area clean and safe. They just want happy customers and will go the extra mile to make that happen. I had high expectations and they exceeded them. You will get great work at a better than fair price if you use them.
