"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

They broke my fireplace hearth and told me they would fix that portion as part of their own expense. After 3 months of waiting for them to complete repairs, I decided to hire a new contractor and told them I only want them to fix what they broke. At that point, I was informed that per their policy, they are not required to fix what they broke. They then told me that they would give me a quote for them to fix what they broke. I find that quite ridiculous that I should have to pay for the damage they caused."
