Spring Construction charged us for work they didn't do and materials they never supplied, as they weren't needed. I called the owner, George Hutchinson about this and he originally offered me $100 (which he never sent), He was rude, constantly interrupted me, called my handyman an idiot (he's not) and hung up on me. While the work was being done, I had asked several times to see the work before the siding was replaced (we had a leak). I wasn't shown anything, I wasn't 't even told they had finished. One of the workers entered my house twice without permission looking for an outlet. He even moved some of my furniture. The job site was not cleaned up with nails left all over the site that I had to clean up. I cannot recommend Spring Construction based on my experience. I have also talked with other people that had the same issues with Spring Construction.

EXCEPTIONAL!! They replaced wi.dows, repaired stucco, refinished patio porch ceiling and washed and repainted the entire house. Affordable, quality work done on a timely manner. The owner George is a great guy to work with, ensures quality and satisfaction. Honest, great job done!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

All of their staff were vey pleasant and easy to communicate with, they took pride in their job and their company. In the 12 years I've lived in Bluffton, I've hired dozens of contractors to do work on my home & yard, most of them were 2-3 stars for quality of work, on-time, having to return to fix items, poor value proposition, etc. Spring Construction has raised the bar for Beaufort County.

would like to know why only a 10 year warranty on stucco siding

The finished project is excellent in some ways and needs improvement in others. Not very communicative with me in the process as to what is being done and allowing me to observe various stages.

They worked with roofing company and all I had to do was approve everything and watch. Easy to work with and professional

They did a good job for us and in a fairly timely manner as contractors go. The work when finished was good, however although they did take precautions laying down plastic and such, there was a fair amount of junk still needing to be picked up by me. nails, screws etc.

I believe I was overcharged for actual work and time spent on the job. Had an *after job completed* issue. A portion of downspout was crushed in the area where they had been working. They claim it was not they, but I do not know who else could have done it. Now I will have to replace it at my own cost.

We were quite satisfied with the work that was done.

Work was done in a timely manner, and we were kept informed at every step. Would highly recommend.
