He did a great job on the caulking and painting of the windows, taking time to clean off the old paint before applying two coats of the new. I would recommend his work, but suggest whoever hires him makes sure he can be there when agreed upon.

"Armando and his crew arrived promptly on time, and took extra care to protect all the floors etc. with coverings. All trims work not needing painting were carefully covered as well. Furniture was carefully moved out of the way while the work was in progress, the work site was constantly being cleaned, and at the end, all the furniture was returned to its exact location without incident. The crew worked for hours without a break, and were very courteous. I would definitely hire Armando's company again. He is by far the ultimate professional."
