Repair services are also offered. There is a mandatory trip charge of $150 which covers the trip and 30 minutes of labor. If the trip is 50 miles or more outside of the Columbia, SC area, our charge is $250 round trip.

Commercial clients must call or visit www.mesmerizedpcs.net to get pricing info for their property. Residential services will be charged by the square footage of the home. We have our $50 basic cleaning special this month for residential property up to 1000 sq.ft. Next, if client sign up for a monthly service, the fee is just $45 per visit.
