Zippy Sign Installers is a fully insured professional signpost installation and removal company serving both residential and, in some markets, commercial.

"The service or lack there of was terrible. Ordered the sign install on January 10th 2018 for the post to be installed between the 17th and 19th. The sign was never installed and was promised in writing to go in by that Monday the 22 by noon (which was already past the date requested). On Tuesday it rained and on Wednesday at 3pm it was still not up. The order was cancelled on January 24th and I hired someone else to do it which was done by 5pm that same day. I was promised a refund by Rick, the owner and here it is now February 22nd and I still have yet to be refunded. Not happy at all ...and to think I was possibly going to give them another chance...NOT! I would just like my refund!"

Real Estate Agents questions, answered by experts

Yes, granite can increase the value of your home since it’s considered a high-quality, durable material. It’s also easy to care for and can withstand years of wear and tear, so potential buyers may hold your home in higher regard if you have granite countertops.

Historically, Tudor homes originally stemmed from the 15th and 16th centuries, while Victorians appeared during Queen Victoria's reign in the 19th century. The design and structural differences are significant as well. The many types of Victorian architecture—such as Italianate architecture—typically feature ornate trim, wood siding, wraparound porches, and tall towers on top, such as belvederes. On the other hand, Tudor-style homes feature white stucco exteriors with exposed wooden rafters marking the house frame both inside and out.

It is almost always more affordable to buy an existing home than to build one from scratch. First of all, new construction mortgage interest rates are often higher than traditional loans. Also, when building a home, you're covering the cost of brand-new finishes, appliances, electrics, plumbing, utility hookups, and labor. Between the cost of labor and permits, building a home will often cost more in the long run.

A koi pond may add value to your home if it’s a feature sellers are looking for. Like pools, ponds can affect your property value depending on their condition, whether they’re a popular selling point, and how well they’re incorporated into your home’s landscape.

Consulting the architect of your house is not the best way to determine when it was built. Many homes are built by developers or builders, so there may not be a specific architect to track down—especially if you have a very old house. Instead, it’s best to rely on local government records.
