Pest assassins I found out after 2 years of patronage that they Don’t stand by their service ******I asked for A justified and warranted Courtesy Routine Repeat for a awful INFESTATION of Mosquitoes after most recent visit***** but I was Rejected and brushed off Not very promising results, being a customer of 2 years, their technicians rapidly change from time to time, understood staffing challenges and or whatever the excuse may be, granted the aftermath of the results of flea and tick service is not something I nor my mom were satisfied with I conversed with a female 3 weeks ago, Secretary, who was very reluctant to re send someone as a courtesy to further trouble shoot, only was brushed off by her abruptly, i had expressed there were visible proof I had pictures from the service treatment performed, the same day and even 10 DAYS after the treatment Takes cycles takes to absorb Again they keep sending different technicians, some spend 5 minutes on property some do a thorough 10-15 minute quality work It needs improvement if the intend to retain customers with a hyperactive fierce competition out there, more outreach more accountability above all more Responsibility would very much be warranted I had big flies big mosquitos and I had to proof to send to the female, she simply could Not be bothered, with that said the proof of pictures immediately after their visit is posted to further illustrate the frustration In conclusion I will be using doctor Lawn as their services are around $63 per visit plus a prepay discount on top of that I just can’t waste money, I can’t babysit a company that basically chooses to either bypass integrity and or jeopardize the customer experience It’s very foolish to waste $85 if there are an equal amount of mosquitoes after or during a treatment cycle, it’s simply pointless"

A good reflection on your company. Ally had done a great job during the previous visit, and probably saved us ALOT of money! Her visit was cut short when our water heater blew and started flooding our basement with hot water while she was down there. She kept a cool head, and suggested we shut the water off to the tank. As silly as it sounds, I would not have thought of it since I panicked.
