Pioneer dug a trench around my shed, installed wire netting to keep critters out and put in a one way door to help the ground hog living there escape and not come back in. They did a good job, and the service comes with a two year warranty which made it worth the price for me.

The owner was very knowledgeable about squirrels and how to rid them from the property.  He installed  a temporary one way vented door on both sides of the roof so that the squirrels would come out when they needed food and could not get back in. The babies in the attic were removed and put in a small cage like structure outside the vented door on the roof so that the mother would take them.  Within a day the mother did take them away.  We have not had any more problems with the squirrels getting in the attic.  We  then had a contractor install permanent vented doors made of a material that they cannot get into.
We really liked the owner, he was very professional and friendly and skilled in his work.  Hopefully we won't need him again, he did give us a 2 year warranty.  We would use him again if needed.

I was referred to them by another provider.  Kyle McDowell is the owner of this company.  They got rid of the problem.  They were very responsive.  He is a very nice guy.  Apparently he catches and releases the raccoons and we had long conversation about that.  He has been doing a lot of catch and release unlike other guys who used to kill these animals otherwise they believed that they would come back.  But that has not been my experience at all.  They will find somewhere else to live.  He seemed very concerned about the animals.  His primary goal is get them out of the house.  Unfortunately in my case even if he seals up my roof they will find another way to get in.  So he had to do the removal in my case.  But it was nice that his primary goal is to just keep them out of the house and not to kill them.  He was so much into my concern and willing to share the information on that.  Price I don’t have much to compare them with.  But it turned out that afterward there was a second raccoon and he had to come out again and do the whole thing again.  Basically he would have done it as many times as there were raccoons.  So all things considered I find the price was very good. As for punctuality the first time he came out he was late but there was this crazy rain storm so I guess those things are unavoidable..
