When I called to see if the ring was done several weeks later, I was told a stone was missing, and that they did not resize it.  I got excuse after excuse each time I called to see what they planned on doing to fix my now damaged ring.  He repeatedly told me the company I bought the ring from should fix it. I told him it was not damaged when I dropped it off, and he is responsible, not someone I bought the ring from previously.   I got delay after delay, and finally after 2 months I told him I was contacting the BBB.  As I left the store, he told me 'Here, take it.'   I informed him I had no plans on taking a now damaged ring back when it did not come in that way.  Each response he gave the BBB was different, and nothing like what actually transpired between him and myself.  The BBB did nothing, and after 6 months I went to pick up my ring, rather than let him keep it to resell it and make money at my expense.  He actually laughed at me on my last trip there and said he knew the BBB does nothing, and I wasted my time with them.  He did eventually put another stone in, somewhat lighter in color, and thinner than the original stones.  The original ring had 2.5 carats and the stone they used to replace the missing stone was only ,07ct, so you can tell it is not a replacement that made the ring whole again.  It was the absolute worst jewelry store experience I've had my whole life, and I would never recommend them to anyone I know.
