After the cleaning is done, or the drip edge is not sitting properly. All service techs have been trained in safety and cleanliness., we can then evaluate the gutter to see if a seam is in need of sealing

"I am sorry about the thunderstorm getting in the way of the job being performed. As most can see if they scroll down, the price is reflective of the size of the job. Unfortunately, we can't charge the same price for every job. There are way too many variables. The coupon was put out there to reflect a savings for an average size home. While we feel badly whenever there is an unsatisfied customer, the response needs to state the facts. Before beginning work, the techs informed you that your home did not agree with the pre-purchased coupon stipulations. **up to 160 ft of gutter, homes with covers are an additional charge. We thought that we explained very clearly that since work had not yet started, you had the option to cancel the appointment and seek a refund from Angie's list -or- pay the difference. Here are the notes: 425 ft of gutter with screwed down covers. Coupon covers homes with up to 160 ft of gutter WITHOUT COVERS....Customer agreed to pay the difference from the coupon coverage at a rate of $1/ft over the 160 ft covered by the coupon. As far as quality, did it rain since the cleaning & did the gutters flow properly? Please remember our 30 day quality guarantee. Regarding professionalism, please state specifically how we could have served you better. As to Responsiveness & Punctuality, the coupon was purchased on 7/26, work was scheduled & unfortunately rescheduled due to a thunderstorm, but completed on Aug 2nd. Again, we understand if you were unhappy when you were told that your home did not fit the coupon parameters, but you really should stick with the facts."
