They were a little expensive. I liked their quality of work and professionalism. The last time I used them was in 2008. In terms of scheduling, I had to schedule them out a little bit far. They were punctual when they got here but I wasn't able to get them in quickly. It may have been to do with the time of the year. It was not difficult to get in contact with them but it was just that they were working further out so I wasn't able to get them in the next couple of days. It makes me feel that they would have been busier at that time of the year.

They provided an estimate and sprayed the trees as promised. They seemed to be thorough and took their time. It is too soon to know if it will help.

They had good service that was timely. I had them come to grind some stumps out and the first time through, it wasn’t up to my expectations so I talked to the owner. He sent another guy out who exceeded my expectations so I told the owner that I won’t go to anyone else because I know that you will get good quality work done. They are a little pricey but I got exactly what I wanted. We’ve used several companies before but these guys really took care of us and they came in a timely manner. I have no complaints.

I was able to work with them via email for receiving the estimate and scheduling the work -- a plus for my busy life! Because of my work schedule, I need a "first appointment" and they were able to schedule that for me within a week. Their workers arrived on time, took time to check out my trees before beginning and even waited for my neighborhood squirrel to vacate the Maple tree before beginning. They cleaned up all of the debris and even some of the fallen leaves that I hadn't gotten to before their arrival. Their workers were friendly and answered all of my questions.
