Ben from Worden and Shewell came out again. I was so afraid that since this was the THIRD summer that I had to call them, that I was going to have to have a new unit installed. (Say goodbye to $2-5,000!!) But...Ben found the problem and all I needed was a new thermostat!! I really like the fact that they dont try and get you to buy something you dont need. Many companies would have tried to get me to get a whole new unit by now. The Worden and Shewall company isnt like that. I really apprechiate their honesty and great work!! Thanks Ben and Donna!!!

The staff were very friendly- starting with Donna who made the appointment for me and Pat and Ben who came out and fixed the unit. I was nosey and watched how they filled the unit, as I had never seen it before. They explained everything they were doing, and even showed me where I could cut the power off to the unit--something I was not aware of.

The service tech was at our house within one day after we called for service on our furnace. He had to order the fan motor, but he was back the next day, installed it, and everything has been fine since then.
