 + -1 moreTech reported back that I needed another quarter inch in order to get a new mattress. If the mattress was sagging in three different positions then why would they not offer to replace it? They said to wait again and have tech come check it again in in a few weeks! As a regular customer of Wolf I expected much better of a response. I have no complaints about the furniture Wolf cells as i have never had issues, but as the previous customer noted, they know NOTHING about mattresses, do not buy a mattress here! They are also more pricier then other mattress outlets.
Description of Work: Like similar reviewer, i spent thousands of dollars of quality furniture at Wolf. Made the mistake of purchasing a Sealy mattress. After less than a year my back was no longer supported. Contacted service and tech came out, noted three different indentations in the mattress.

 + 0 moreHad tech check out mattress but indentations were not deep enough to replace mattress. They offered to replace mattress for another $400. No thank you.
Description of Work: We bought several thousand dollars of furniture, most of which was good. Our mattress that we tried in the showroom did not seem to be the same quality or firmness as the one we received. The mattress developed indentation in less than a month so Wolf's sent out a tech to measure. It was only an inch deep and tech said it has to be 2 inches. Wolfs offered to replace it for another $400, which we did not appreciate. We have a older mattress that still doesn't have as big of indentatinos after several years. Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM WOLF'S. THEY ARE NOT THE EXPERTS IN THIS AREA THAT THEY PRETEND TO BE.

 + -1 moreWill let you know the outcome, at this point I have no confidence at all in a fair resolution. If wolfs furniture makes good on this poor product, I will gladly post a retraction.
Description of Work: I purchased a broyhill sofa from wolfs furniture in may 2012. it had to be custom made so it was not delivered until July. After using the sofa for 6 months the furniture was so poorly made that it looked like it was ten tears old. My husband and I are the only ones using the furniture so it does not get a lot of wear. The cushions are sagging and the seat cushions are breaking down. I called wolfs and they sent out a service rep who took some photos and said to call wolfs,he would submit his report that day. About a week later after I had to call wolfs they said they received the report and could not do anything on their part but would have to call the broyhill company rep. I am still waiting to hear from them. The overall impression that I am getting from all concerned is that furniture now a days is poor quality and I shouldn't have expected more. From a furniture store that advertises they have high quality furniture, I would not use their store again. Please beware of anything with a broyhill label, the quality is extremely poor.

 + -1 moreWe shopped in many local furniture stores, looking for quality love seats and a swivel rocker. Found excellent selection and prices on Lazy Boy items at Wolf's. We ordered the items, which came in and were delivered earlier than expected. Sales personnel were very, very helpful; selection of furniture pieces (from various companies) and colors/fabrics was thorough. Delivery was prompt and courteous.
Description of Work: Sold us home furniture, delivered and set up our furniture.

 + -1 moreWolf has an excellent selection and above average quality furniture. Their customer service representatives are helpful, but they are eager to greet you at the door - just tell them you are browsing. When you are ready to make a selection, they are very helpful. We have had some issues with delivery. The furniture received was damaged, it took several weeks to get the new furniture replaced. Be sure to inspect furniture when receiving delivery. Overall I recommend Wolf in comparision to other local furniture stores.
