Tech reported back that I needed another quarter inch in order to get a new mattress. If the mattress was sagging in three different positions then why would they not offer to replace it? They said to wait again and have tech come check it again in in a few weeks! As a regular customer of Wolf I expected much better of a response. I have no complaints about the furniture Wolf cells as i have never had issues, but as the previous customer noted, they know NOTHING about mattresses, do not buy a mattress here! They are also more pricier then other mattress outlets.

Had tech check out mattress but indentations were not deep enough to replace mattress. They offered to replace mattress for another $400. No thank you.

Will let you know the outcome, at this point I have no confidence at all in a fair resolution. If wolfs furniture makes good on this poor product, I will gladly post a retraction.

We shopped in many local furniture stores, looking for quality love seats and a swivel rocker. Found excellent selection and prices on Lazy Boy items at Wolf's. We ordered the items, which came in and were delivered earlier than expected. Sales personnel were very, very helpful; selection of furniture pieces (from various companies) and colors/fabrics was thorough.

Delivery was prompt and courteous.

Wolf has an excellent selection and above average quality furniture. Their customer service representatives are helpful, but they are eager to greet you at the door - just tell them you are browsing. When you are ready to make a selection, they are very helpful. We have had some issues with delivery. The furniture received was damaged, it took several weeks to get the new furniture replaced. Be sure to inspect furniture when receiving delivery. Overall I recommend Wolf in comparision to other local furniture stores.
