Doug Rudisill, the owner, came to our home and did all the work to get our new computer up and running. He transferred numerous things and set up a new router, too. His services went way beyond what would be done if you simply took your old computer to the store to have data transferred. We were able to work together to get it the way my wife and I wanted. He also installed a program to make Windows 8 optionally look and operate like our prior system, which was Windows XP. He spent two hours with us to make sure that everything was the way we wanted it. He was very professional, friendly and competent. We can recommend him highly.

One phone call and he was here within a day. Knew exactly how to take care of my issues and quickly did the work. Very willing to explain what he was doing in a way that I could understand. Patiently answered all my questions.
