She was very professional up front. 1st cleaning missed cleaning blinds, left stainless very streaky, shower floor was still brown, knocked a mirror off the wall, and although I believe she worked hard, it wasn't up to par. Cancelled 2nd cleaning due to a death in the family - understandably so. She was very professional about it. The 3rd cleaning left me angry - cancelled the day of scheduled cleaning and cited employee issues (to my knowledge she was the only one cleaning our home).

Everything was above and beyond perfect.  The team was very attentive to all details and the bathroom was so sparkling clean!  My mother was so impressed!  The whole transaction from start to finish was very simple and the team made everyone feel at ease.
