I have been a Verizon customer for over three years. I want to tell you about my experience at the store located in Circuit City. Bob helped me renew my contract after the store in BJ's was not interested in helping me choose a new phone. Bob also programmed my address book into the new phone without charging me $10 that the BJ's person wanted. I stopped back a month later with a couple of questions that he did not know the answer to right off the top of head, but took the time to find them out right away. If you are new to the area, Verizon seems to have better coverage and service. Since living here for just over a year ATT has been down three times for more than an hour. I wanted to switch to ATT for the roll over minutes, but my friends have more dropped call than I did, so I stayed with Verizon.
