Promptness and Professionalism: Several of the trees on our property had been damaged by successive storms. Ed responded immediately to our request for an estimate on our project. Ed and his team from Tree Monkey's showed up promptly on the day and appointed hour to begin the project. They completed removal of the trees according to the schedule they had given me during their estimate. Tree Monkey's gave me two estimates on our project one to remove and clean-up the trees and a second one to return and grind and remove six stumps. I was apprehensive about Tree Monkey's returning to my home to remove the stumps following payment for the removal of the trees. My apprehension proved to be needless worry. Ed and his team return to our property in a prompt manner and removed and cleaned up the stumps without prompting or calls from me.
Quality of Workmanship: Tree Monkeys performed their work exactly how they said they would. Each day they left our property during the project they took great care to clean-up. They complete the entire project without damaging our lawn or any part of our property. One of the trees removed from our property was a storm damaged White Pine. The tree was significantly taller that the second story of our home. I could tell because the tree was located less than twenty feet from our home. The width of the tree also spread out over the edge of our property line including our neighbors fence. Several of the other companies we had look at the project expressed concern over the difficulty of removing this tree. Ed did not bat an eye.
