I had a flat tire, which I had AAA change that. I went to Toyota of York without an appointment and they immediately replaced the tire. They verified and checked the warranty and gave me a good deal. I have been a loyal customer with them for 5 years.

It went real good. The workers are very good. The office staff is great and real friendly. My husband managed to have it all done waiting. They found a couple of problems we didn’t even know existed.

I had an appointment and the appointment was on time. They got me out at a very reasonable amount of time. They were very professional.

I took it in on Wednesday and I thought they might be done by today and I asked for immediate on Saturday as I am musician and we have this big gig on Saturday so I got to have it by Saturday so they will get it done by Friday. It is a pretty good chunk of money but they are always professional and courteous. I feel pretty good taking my car over there. They are above anybody else. I don't know anything about cars and I trust them. I used to take it to other garage and I thought they were really high and judging by the periodic things that I have done to my car these guys are better priced than what I was going to.

and I had to take my car to an independent mechanic to get it done right. I have heard numerous complaints about Diehl/ Toyota of York, and it's always the same- bad service, lies and poor workmanship. If you need to go to a Toyota dealer, take your business to Hanover Toyota, it's well worth the drive.

.I was very satisfied with them because they do a great job.

I was last in for an oil change, tire rotation and they found a water pump leak. Their good, customer service as well. They answered all my questions. The work was under warranty. They took care of my pretty well.

The initial service adviser was a pleasant young man. I never saw him after the initial arrival write up of the service ticket. The cashier was pleasant and acted disgusted with the way the advisers and manager were handling the situation and made some quiet comments. All the other people behind the counter disappeared as soon as I started to question the unauthorized charges.

The other service advisers and service manager were obviously completely unconcerned and were so deadpan and unconcerned, it was as though they were used to doing this on a regular basis and did not care about their customers at all.

I noticed other service customers waiting extended times beyond what they were told, and also questioning added charges beyond their original estimates; one gentleman left in a rather agitated state.

Apparently adding the wash and interior vacuuming ended up being a big time issue, despite being told that they are staffed and ready to do this kind of add-on service with no problem. The initial hour estimate ended up being 2-1/2.

We had an excellent experience with the sale of the vehicle, but I'm highly questioning the integrity of the service department.
